So, I've developed this 8-week program of carefully-curated, online YN sessions to allow you to experience different techniques that unfold systematically, with my support along the way.

Importantly, the program includes elements that provide structure, accountability, and guidance to support you in establishing a consistent Yoga Nidra practice.

Hi, I'm Stephanie Hahn...

  • I'm a yoga and meditation teacher (since 2007), and energy worker (since 2014).
  • I discovered and fell in love with Yoga Nidra about 5 years ago and have been studying and practicing almost every day since.
  • I've researched and written 100+ articles for a leading health magazine on topics including the science of establishing strong habits, the importance of gratitude and optimism, the power of affirmations, and how to keep your brain healthy as you age.

  1. It's a live cohort with a start and end date for the program. Your access to the program content ends on the day after the last day of the program. This mimics an offline experience, encouraging you to follow along each week and not procrastinate.
  2. You'll receive daily nudge emails that provide inspiration and help keep the program top-of-mind throughout the 8 weeks. (Or, you can opt out of these if you prefer.)
  3. The symptom tracking and self-reflection journaling prompts will help you notice the positive shifts you're experiencing, which can provide motivation to keep practicing.

But, in any given week, there will only be two practices (a short option and a longer one) to minimize the amount of time spent on decision-making so you can get right to practicing.
  7. Content will be dripped out week-by-week to avoid overwhelming you with too much information at any one time. (And, that content is well-organized with no-fluff.)
  8. You'll be able to access the content on any device, including on your phone (either in a web browser or in the Kajabi app), making it easy and convenient for you to go through the content anywhere, any time.

To accommodate different learning styles, personalities, and life situations, the program is flexible, allowing you to customize things like the practice goals you set, which accountability tools you'll use, and how you'll consume the content (e.g., lessons are available as video, audio or transcripts).
