So, I've developed this 8-week program of carefully-curated, online YN sessions to allow you to experience different techniques that unfold systematically, with my support along the way.
Importantly, the program includes elements that provide structure, accountability, and guidance to support you in establishing a consistent Yoga Nidra practice.

In a single session of Yoga Nidra, you'll experience deep relaxation that offsets stress and supports healing. But the deeper shifts and transformations happen when you practice regularly.
This program is a low-cost, supported way to establish a regular practice and experience the many benefits first-hand.
A BIT ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Stephanie Hahn...
- I'm a yoga and meditation teacher (since 2007), and energy worker (since 2014).
- I discovered and fell in love with Yoga Nidra about 5 years ago and have been studying and practicing almost every day since.
- I've researched and written 100+ articles for a leading health magazine on topics including the science of establishing strong habits, the importance of gratitude and optimism, the power of affirmations, and how to keep your brain healthy as you age.
- I have an MBA with a focus in marketing, and 25+ years of experience in the business and not-for-profit sectors, including as an Executive Director for environmental and arts organizations.

8 ways this program supports developing a regular Yoga Nidra habit...
- It's a live cohort with a start and end date for the program. Your access to the program content ends on the day after the last day of the program. This mimics an offline experience, encouraging you to follow along each week and not procrastinate.
- Each week, you'll receive 2 program emails: (1) on Sunday, with the content for the week, and (2) on Wednesday, with a reminder to inspire and encourage you to practice, and help keep the program top-of-mind.
- The symptom tracking and self-reflection journaling prompts will help you notice the positive shifts you're experiencing, which can provide motivation to keep practicing.
- The group spreadsheet where you'll share your practice goals each week & track your actual Yoga Nidra sessions provides external accountability (encouraged, but optional).
- Access to me via email or FB Messenger ensures you get any support and guidance you need.
- I've designed the program to provide novelty balanced with simplicity. Over the course of the 8 weeks, you'll experience a variety of practices to keep things interesting. But, in any given week, there will only be two practices (a short option and a longer one) to minimize the amount of time spent on decision-making so you can get right to practicing.
- Content will be dripped out week-by-week to avoid overwhelming you with too much information at any one time. (And, that content will be well-organized with no-fluff.)
- To accommodate different personalities and life situations, the program is flexible, allowing you to customize the practice goals you set, and which accountability tools you'll use. You might aim to practice daily, or once a week, or somewhere in between.
