I help SOULopreneurs simplify their marketing so they spend less time and energy attracting clients, and more time serving them. I advocate for a unique approach to marketing that I call Mindful Minimalist Marketing. This challenge helps you develop the mindful aspect of that approach.
There are lots of great mindfulness resources out there. Some even encourage being mindful at work. This challenge is unique because it encourages you to be mindful at work, but also to be mindful of what you’re actually working on.
It’s a chance to practice using mindfulness to cultivate awareness, intuition and focus in your worklife (with the side benefit of some stress relief). And, don't be surprised if that mindfulness at work spills over into your personal life!

Practice pausing briefly throughout the day to take stock of what you're doing, how you're feeling, and how aligned your actions are with the highest good for you, your customers and your business. Then, make adjustments as necessary and carry on with clarity and focus.

- researched and written 100+ articles for a leading health magazine on topics such as the science of habit formation, gratitude, optimism, and affirmations
What To Expect
MINDFULNESS INFO & PRACTICES
Daily Reading & Audio Lessons
Each day for the five days of the challenge, you'll have a bit of info to read and a new meditation to listen to (2-6 minutes), ideally at the start of your workday. You may opt to re-listen to the meditation multiple times throughout the day (or not).
BRIEF PAUSES
Mindful Moments
Then, throughout each challenge day you'll pause for mindful moments, either spontaneously or prompted by reminders.
In the mindful moments, you'll briefly pause to notice, relax, consider possible shifts, and then make a quick note in your Mindful Work Journal.
(All of this will be explained fully at the beginning of the challenge. The process itself is quite simple; the challenge lies in remembering to pause for the mindful moments and remaining motivated to do so consistently.)

Each day of the challenge, you'll see a reminder email from me in your inbox, to give you a nudge at the start of the day.
Then, to help you remember to pause for mindful moments throughout each day, you can print a mindful reminder PDF and place it prominently in your work area.
I encourage you to set alarms as well, varying the frequencies and timing on different challenge days.
REFLECTION & TRACKING TOOL
Journal
I encourage you to use the Mindful Work Journal during the challenge. Many people find that the act of writing down their thoughts and observations helps them clarify, process, and remember things. This can be very helpful when working on cultivating the habit of mindfulness.
BONUS
Yoga Nidra
On day 6, you'll get access to a pre-recorded 40-minute Yoga Nidra for Focus meditation to help further boost your ability to concentrate on top priorities.
